Today, January 20 2014, we celebrate the life and legacy of the Great, Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. A man who represents a dreamed fulfilled from a life sacrificed. This day for me is significant for another reason. 6 years ago on this day, I lost the most important person in my life, my mother. During the time since her passing, i have been working on the most difficult and personal music ever. Though I am excited to share my music with you, it is a bit scary because it is so very personal.
